Here are some preliminary diffs for the FSDataInputStream#isEncrypted doc and
the AbstractConcreteOpenTest update. There is no equivalent to
fsdatainputstream.md for the output side. The closest is filesystem.md. Let me
know where you think the FSDataOutputStream doc should go.
