Windows has a maximum path length of 260 characters. KMS includes several long
class file names. During packaging and creation of the distro, these paths get
even longer because of prepending the standard war directory structure and our
share/hadoop/etc. structure. The end result is that the final paths are longer
than 260 characters, making it impossible to deploy a distro on Windows.
