Thanks [~zjshen] for review and comments. Yes. there are more places need to be
synchronized. Beside two places mentioned above, write() should also be
synchronized. Also, for loadProperty(), replacing synchronized method with
fine-grained synchronized block which should minimize the performance impact of
adding synchronization here. Fix them in v2 patch.
