yes, once maven-site-plugin 3.3 or more is used, adding markdown dependency can
and should be removed as it is here by default (and the default version is
guaranteed to be the good one)
notice I just saw that there is m-site-p configuration in
./hadoop-tools/hadoop-azure/pom.xml and
./hadoop-tools/hadoop-openstack/pom.xml: why? it's already inherited from
parent poms, so the whole m-site-p configuration should be removed
