Gil: I test the existing code against: RAX US, RAX UK (different throttle
policy), HP cloud.
Rackspace and HP have different auth mechanisms; HP is the keystone one I
believe.
Authentication has proven to be the main tangible difference between endpoints
—which is why I'd like to know where there's something on the network with this
new auth mechanism.
