Thanks for working on this [~aw]. I build the docs with the 04 patch applied
and compared them to original one side by side. It LGTM overall though I found
some nits.
* Overall: Some nested list including TOC of each page are flattened.
* ClusterSetup.md: There are asterisks/backslashes left in URL string such as
{{hdfs://host:port}} and {{http://nn_host:port/}}.
* Compatibility.md: TOC is broken.
* Compatibility.md: links to "MR Application Master" and "History Server" are
dead.
* FileSystemShell.md: some subcommand such as cp, df and rm are not interpreted
as subsection title.
* SingleCluser.md: subsection title such as "Setup passphraseless ssh",
"Execution" and "YARN on a Single Node" are dropped.
