I attached 05 patch fixing nits above and additional ones below.
* escaped double dash in command opts
* removed blank lines between items in lists
* reflected the changes added to FileSystemShell.apt.vm after 04 was created
I fixed only formatting part and left some dead links as is. I will fix them in
follow-up jiras.
