Let's hold off on committing until next week. I see a lot of watchers, and
this has gone in a different direction than originally described, so let's give
them a chance to comment if they want.
bq. -1 tests included. The patch doesn't appear to include any new or modified
tests.
This is a documentation patch only updating an XML file, so no new tests are
required.
