Attachment: HADOOP-9922-003.patch
A new patch is attached. It adds 32-bit builds for native.vcxproj,
winutils.vcxproj and libwinutils.vcxproj
Both 32-bit and 64-bit builds have been verified using following:
1. 32bit:
- Windows 7 using Win7.1 SDK
- Windows 8.1 using VS 2013 Express
2. 64bit
- Windows 8.1 using VS 2013 Express
