00.Patch fixes all warnings in building the two libwinutils projects. The fixes
include:
- remove unreferenced variables
- fix several const correctness issues
- fix some of incorrect .h vs. .c function declarations
- fix some missing .h function declarations
- fix some incorrect signed/unsigned types (int. vs size_t vs. DWORD)
- fix some incorrectly declared buffers
- explicit cast when required (eg. all HANDLE handling(!) in .idl related APIs)
