Thanks, [~arpitagarwal]. We have been using "no server retry policy" option in 
production clusters for some time and things are fine. So I agree with you; at 
least we don't have to add it in the initial version. If later we have 
scenarios that require the server to supply retry policies, we can add it at 
that point.
