{{isDebugEnabled()}} is optional. But when there are :
1. lots of concatenating Strings
2. complicated function calls
in the arguments, {{LOG.debug(..)}} should be guarded with
{{LOG.isDebugEnabled()}} to avoid unnecessary arguments evaluation and impove
performance.
