The new patch addressed [~wheat9]'s comment about
RMAuthenticationFilterInitializer.
bq.What if we instead deprecate it, log a warning about it not being
recommended, and add a note to the docs?
Good idea. I forgot to incorporate this in the patch, so let me do it tomorrow
in another version. Thanks.
