bq If the temporal native lib is redirected to another dir, we also needs to
add that dir to JAVA_LIBRARY_PATH. Otherwise, we may still end up with native
lib not found.
Hi Zhijie, I am guessing that this is not something needs to be done in this
jira which tries to address the /tmp noexec problem, right?.
