So, I went through 2.7. The new code doesn't list subtasks, so of course they
weren't in there. The other missing bits were mislabeled JIRAs.
Interestingly, the autocode was much more correct than the HDFS and YARN
changes.txt files after those are taken into account. (By quite a bit,
actually.)

in the 2.7.0 branch.
