After HADOOP-11861 gets committed (which fixes some bugs from HADOOP-11746), we
should be able to properly run Jenkins tests against branch-1, branch-2, and
feature branches. (Running locally already works fine, given a proper patch
file name.) Whether we need more coverage than that should determine the fate
of this bug.
