Thanks [~wheat9] and [~vicaya] for comments. Jenkins found there are some
classes using metrics v1.

* LocalJobRunnerMetrics
* ShuffleClientMetrics
* LocalFetcher
If we cannot remove them, we should fix them to use metrics v2 in this jira.
