I fixed checkstyle issues except for the length of DFSClient.java.
bq. DFSClient.java:1: File length is 3,240 lines (max allowed is 2,000).
There is no quick fix for this and it should be addressed in another JIRA.
bq. The patch doesn't appear to include any new or modified tests.
The changes of this patch are covered by existing tests.
bq. Failed unit tests hadoop.tools.TestHdfsConfigFields
This must be fixed by HDFS-8371 now.
