This cut clearly has some bugs\-\-like module manip not called in the javac
code\-\-but wanted to post a sample of what I've been playing with to elicit
feedback to see if this covers the usage cases. This doesn't include the
changes needed to test-patch.sh, which are pretty extensive, as you can imagine.
[~cnauroth], go ahead and file a jira to get the parallel tests in. That's a
minor thing and should make any rebasing for docker or this patch too hard. ;)
