I did talk to [~aw] about running it as a separate test category and it seemed
like test-patch should figure out when to run it automatically. I haven't done
any work yet to verify that .xml changes or Configuration changes would trigger
the various Test*Config* unit tests.
I can certainly add a basic shell script for running the 3 existing tests. I
might need some help with doing anything fancier since I'm not super familiar
with any of the build/test scripts.
