[~sjlee0] Thank you for your detailed comment. Yes, I started splitting this up
to ease review (and expected rebase as HEAD updates), and this was just a
stopping point working the dependency messages (not necessarily at a "border"
line). If I'm on the right path here and after committing, I'm intending to
continue work the rest of the modules (probably in 3-5 more patches). As for
dynamic loading, would the unit tests offer coverage?
