the encryption zone text came in with HDFS-6843, I'm -1 to pulling that until
its presence is understood.
Looking at the text, I think there's a few predicates in there which are used
in the specification but which arent in the FS API, but are used elsewhere in
the spec, the symlink and encryption being the pair.
How about they get moved into {{model.md}}, as part of the filesystem model?
That avoids confusion with the {{FileSystem}} API
