Fix Version/s: 2.8.0
Status: Resolved (was: Patch Available)
Committed to trunk and branch-2. CHANGES.txt pick to branch-2 was unclean since
we have two BUGFIX sections, I think we had some JIRA go in the wrong section
and then some cherrypicks pulled excess things from trunk's CHANGES.txt. Sigh.
