+1 on the patch.
We need to update the title and description before committing to the feature
branch. The patch also moves the Writable part. Also only the retry policy
interface is moved, the real retry policy implementation has not been moved
yet. Since we're doing the work in the feature branch, we do continue the work
in separate jiras.
