bq. This really seems like a bug to require findbugs to build the documentation.
Looking at hadoop-project-dist/pom.xml, it looks like the intent is for
findbugs.html to show up in the distro with {{-Pdocs}}. However, I'm not
actually seeing those files show up in the final tarball when I build the
distro. In fact, behavior of {{-Pdocs}} seems generally odd. I see some of
the html files, but not the full site, and not the API docs.
