I don't meant to duplicate existing resources. I would like to add information
I felt hard to find while working on HADOOP-12511, such as how metrics name is
defined, what the tag is, possible values, allowed data types and characters,
how entries in hadoop-metrics2.properties works... I would like overview of
metrics classes too. It would works as where-to-see for existing javadocs.
