What version are you running?
If you move to 0.18 or higher, you shouldn't see these.

My jobs in hadoop get lot of "rpc timeout" error when the cluster is busy.
Indeed that's the what we don't want to see because the jobs were running fine, just need
to wait a little long to process.
Is there a way to configure rpc time out value so that it can wait longer?
