NullPointerException on getAttributeDescriptor

Environment: Betwixt 0.8, java 1.5.0_11, windows xp

When writting custom suppression strategy first use of the following method
yield NullPointerException :
public AttributeDescriptor getAttributeDescriptor(final String name)
My attributeList is not null and I want to retrieve an attribute but
attributeDescriptors is null.
Work around : call method hasAttributes before in order to fill
attributeDescriptors
