I've been having a weird problem with the build. My "dist" target produces a jar file and a whole tree of documentation directories. For some reason the build "zip" file only contains the jar, but not the docs. This started when I added non-javadoc files to the docs directory. Does anybody have an idea as to why this might be happening?
