AFAIK (from the Cocoon camp), no, not yet, even if there is interest.

When it's ready, put it in Bugzilla prepending [PATCH] to the subject, and putting me in the CCs, and I will put it in our scratchpad area (that btw is part of the main build).
It would be swell if you could also add testcases and example pipeline and pages.
