Rodney, I've noticed that on recent commits you've changed $Id to $Revision
$Date for the CVS tagging. Are we declaring this as a [collections]
standard?  ([lang] uses $Id, although its not stated anywhere explicitly).
Personally, I'd like [collections] to be the same as [lang] and use $Id.

Also, there are some differences in the licence. Some files have a
$Header:
$Revision:  $
$Date: $
at the top and others don't. Does this matter?  I personally prefer the
licence without this.

And finally, some files have the package statement above the licence rather
than below. I believe I once heard that the licence must be the first thing
in a file, otherwise it dosn't legally apply (probably rubbish, but....).
Again, I prefer the package to be after the licence.

If we agree on these, they can go into the developers-guide.html.
