Checkstyle problems

With the latest checkins, I'm no longer able to run checkstyle. It's complaining that it can't parse the .html files. The project.properties explicitly say that it should only check java files but it doesn't seem to be obeying this. Is anyone else seeing this problem?

The target I'm running is:
maven checkstyle:generate-report
