I'm not sure anyone is dealing with it, due to not understanding what you
mean.

Which particular Jakarta Commons project is it with respect to? BeanUtils?
Digester? FileUpload?

It sounds like it might be one of the http based projects, but for all I
know you could be talking about an email project [Rupert I think]. So your
question is too vague for anyone to discuss with you.
