OK, I've set the list of initial committers to include the following names: Shawn Bayern Nathan Abramson Pierre Delisle Hans Bergsten Justyna Horwat Craig R. McClanahan Jan Luehe I've also removed jakarta-commons-el from 3.1. The mailing list to be used shall be jakarta-commons. Attached is the updated proposal. Jan
