Somebody already beat me to getting your jakarta-commons karma set up, but
I also do nightly builds of Commons packages on my machine -- starting
tonight, you should see commons-net nightly builds at:

  http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-commons/nightly/commons-net/
