What's supposed to happen is that the Jakarta site redirects to the main
Apache site. This document is recommended reading for anyone releasing
Jakarta packages:

http://cvs.apache.org/~bodewig/mirror.html

It explains the mirroring process, and includes information on how to set
up the appropriate redirects.
