[beanutils] enhancement request #17663 (make getArrayProperty use ConvertUtils)

BeanUtils,getArrayProperty uses toString rather than ConvertUtils (see 
http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=17663). i'm in favour of 
making this change but i thought that i'd run it past everyone else in 
case there were any subtle backwards compatibility issues that i've missed.

does anyone have a reason why i shouldn't go ahead and commit this?
