Define flag for validating current page only in multipage form

The reason that it validates every previous page is for security.  If you 
disable this, you're allowing the user to hack the form data before it's finally 
submitted which defeats the whole point of validating the data at all.  The 
workflow you describe strikes me as unusual and I'm not certain we should allow 
the disabling of security features.  However, we could add this feature and put 
the burden on the client to make a final full validation pass after the last 
wizard screen is completed.
