[lang][all?] LICENSE.txt spelling acknowlegement

In LICENSE.TXT and presumably in all of our file headers:

MS-Word says "acknowlegement" is not spelled correctly; it should be
"acknowledgement" (missing "d").

Is this a spelling error or another US-Eng vs. British-Eng?
