If you have any worries on the inflation of e-mail traffic related
to HiveMind, what about the creation of
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]" mailing list?

Jakarta-Commons Project has already created a nice precedent
... commons-httpclient-dev. 

(It might be a nice idea creating new Jakarta-Subproject
which accommodate the *bigger* commons sub-sub projects ...
However, maybe you do not have to stick to Jakarta-Commons, because
the ASF has already prepared "The Apache Commons" TopLevel Project)
