Ok, I just checked in a big ass number of changes for this, along with the usual cleanups.
It's now: <service-point id="..."> <implementation service-id="..."> <configuration-point id="..."> <contribution configuration-id="..."> Let's see how well that sits ... I'm hoping that simply nails it because it's a lot of work to do the renames (because of all the test files that must be updated as well).
