I would like to nominate Arun Mammen Thomasas an Apache Jakarta Commons committer.
Arun has provided numerous patches to [collections] over a number of months, and has also assisted [lang]. He has been a valuable monitor of Bugzilla and I believe he would be a valuable addition to the committers.
