I've added the OrderedMap decorator. org.apache.commons.collections.decorators.OrderedMap.
I've never implemented a Map this stringently before, so if anyone has any criticism I'd love to hear it. Usually I don't bother to obey the spec fully on values/entrySet/keySet. I've used the same paradigm for all three of the 'views', so once you see how I've done one, the others should be boring. Need to get some more unit tests in TestMap.
