All Jakarta committers are entitled to commit access on
jakarta-commons-sandbox, but you need to ask first so the "avail" file
is updated. I just did that.
I had previously imported some source folders and there
was no problem. Can someone correct this for me.
Perversely, import doesn't seem to respect the "avail" checking.
