Added: dbutils/src/java/org/apache/commons/dbutils
ArrayHandler.java
Log:
Renamed VectorHandler to ArrayHandler because most Java
programmers will associate the term "vector" with the Vector class
instead of a list of values. Added constructors to configure the
RowProcessor.
