I'm not aware of anything else that's been proposed but not committed...
there's the processing instruction stuff which i'd like to take a look at.
but i don't seem to have much time at the moment and really want to fix up betwixt so that i can do a 0.5 release. so, i'd be happy to wait until after the release.
