Speaking for myself I'd say there is *less* likely to be drastic action if
the PMC are fully congnisant of the facts than if there is a spectre of
legal mess looming over us, assuming that Howard is correct in his
assertions.
It's also worth reiterating that (IMO at least) the PMC is exists to
support people in situations like this, and to try to resolve these kind of
issues to the satisfaction of everyone involved.
