In addition:

The download link to binindex.cgi doesn't use the # <a name> and the
commons-discovery-0.2.tar.gz contains a commons-discovery.jar and not a
commons-discovery-0.2.jar.

Unsure if either of these are meant to be standardised on, but I think
they should be.
