I thought that we did since it is used for [codec]. When I look here http://www.thecortex.net/clover/testimonials.html, I see that Clover claims a Jakarta project as a user (Cactus). We can apply for a free license (http://www.thecortex.net/clover/freelicense.jsp) for [lang] but I wonder if doing so for All of Commons or Jakarta would be better?
