[math] RealMatrix preMultiply

Currently RealMatrix.preMultiply(double[]) returns a (row) RealMatrix.  I 
think it would be better / more useful to return a double[], similar to 
operate[].

It would also be good to add RealMatrix.preMultiply(RealMatrix).

Any objections to these changes?
